Great to use for all plastic items
After applying, a little of this silicone glue, I can detach pipes of my Dyson vacuum cleaner or pull powder compartment out from my Bosch coffee machine smoothly.

Does the job and food safe.
Used this silicone grease to lubricate some new 'O'-rings on a kitchen mixer tap spout. The product is transparent and fairly thick to avoid being washed away. I needed something that was food safe as the tap in question is for drinking water. The instructions state it has no influence on taste or smell and is toxologically harmless. The tube only contains 20g of grease so isn't cheap for the amount supplied, but the product itself seems good. The tube has a very narrow nozzle so it's easy to apply small amounts accurately. Made and tested in Germany which can only be a good thing.
