Disney princess - the little mermaid: part of your world

Baught this as a Christmas gift for my step daughter who is a book worm she seems to be enjoying it when she is finished with it I intend to give it a go myself as I am intrigued by a Disney book with a darker side I will update this review once I have read it

I’m giving this 3 stars as the book arrived in good condition. But I’ve read serena Valentino Disney twisted tale of Ursula and that was really good. So when I saw this one I assumed it’s gonna be really good as well but it’s Not what I expected. Some parts off the book are just boring in places. It’s a shame as I love the little mermaid.

I've read the first five Twisted Tale books now, and this is my favourite twist so far! What would have happened if Ariel never defeated Ursula! It was shocking seeing Ursula getting away with what she did, and Ariel facing the consequences for her actions, but this is the best twist in the series so far in my opinion and a different take on the story. It was also nice seeing how Ariel and Eric bonded a lot more here as Eric could hear Ariel for the first time and the way they work together better than the classic story we all know and love. Liz Braswell has done it again and I can't wait to read more in the series!

This was delivered yesterday and I’m already half way through! I love how familiar these characters are even tho the tale is twisted! It’s so fun seeing these iconic stories from a different angle. This is the second one of these types of books I read! The Aladdin one was also amazing if anyone is interested!!
