IT BX700UI APC Back-UPS 700VA 230V AVR IEC Sockets

My APC Back-UPS recently suffered a battery failure after 10 years of continuous use, I needed a replacement to act as in-line support for my Netgear 4 disc NAS, I was keen to buy another APC branded item over others being sold. I was initially sceptical about this product, given its very low price, however having unpacked, checked and used it, I'd say it's as well made as my 2011 vintage unit. If you are using it as a support to a NAS and use Powerchute - you need to buy a 3 pin desktop power cable and a USB A-B cable for the Powerchute. The device took seconds to install and is now working well according to the control panel of the NAS. Recommended.

Bought this for my Synology 920+. When I check setings synolgy shows 7400 seconds of backup. When I turn it off it reduces to around 600. So it will do the work of shutting down the NAS. But nothing more.

The UPS worked fine for a few months before the battery failed. Multiple emails with the seller on how to get the battery replaced under warranty, but no response at all. Ship and Forget

It was ok while it lasted, hence 2 stars and not 1, however it's a very frustrating experience to have the batter die so early on. Not great at all for APC but this is a very low entry model and probably that's the reason it's so cheap. My advice: buy a more premium series, may be a bit more pricey, but still less than replacing this one after a bit over a year...

جيد جدا لكن المدة حوالي 25 إلى 30 دقيقة فقط للبي سي مع الشاشة.. كنت أتوقع ياخذ ساعتين مثلا.. لكنه أجود بكثير من غيره.. وقد أحببته واشتريته أكثر من مرة.
