Bag arrived damaged
I ordered 2 large bags of dog food for my dog, one was opened amd used. The other one is still closed but the bag is torn from the side and has tape all over it to stop it from leaking. I was travelling which is why my maid receive it in this condition and didn't inform me. This is not the first time this happened, and unfortunately i missed the window to return it as i was travelling.

Poor damaged package, Dec 2023 expiry
We received our order today and it was found that the expiry of it is in Dec 2023, old the package was not in good condition. I have proof of pictures to share comparing with our last order,today’s one was totally upsetting one. The charge is same though

15kg Package has Rotten food full of worms and mites
The food was full of worms and mites. My Golden retriever puppy started eating the Royal Canin with excitement which I bought from local store but when I bought this 15kg my puppy did not eat the food for several days. Then I noticed worms and mites in the food. I have photos and videos of the rotten package. No doubt about the product Royal Canin, I suggest to buy a Royal Canin from local store to avoid illness of your dog.

Not fresh and price questionable
My puppy got upset stomach immediately. I always use this product, she s normally good with it. Also i noticed it says 41% price reduced promotion but in fact discounted price is the market full price. After seeing all the other reviews I dont understand why the item is still on the website.

Issue with the product
Our puppy has been eating the same Royal Canin maxi puppy with a lot of excitement for many months, but did not eat the food from the bag I bought on Amazon for several days. We thought our puppy was sick, but then we bought another bag of the same Royal Canin maxi puppy from a store, and she ate it as normal

The food is 15 kg and was sold expired. I only noticed when my dog stopped eating. I won’t a refund.
