When I first opened it , i thought it was missing first age pack , but I was not , it is included with the another card packs

Not a quick game to learn but once you understand the rules, this game and its expansions are phenomenal. Multiple ways to win, varying game play, highly strategic 2 player (only) game. It can be as quick as 15 minutes or as long as an hour. Suitable for teen and older.

I first got 7 Wonders Duel, and since that game is so much fun, I picked this up for the occasional times when there are more than 2 of us playing. I enjoy this game even more. It's really fun to build up your city, trying to strategize around what the other players are doing while focusing on end game points, all to have your best efforts thwarted by a player to your right or left who's implementing a bonkers strategy that ends up paying off. I think the game changes quite a bit with the number of players. I'd love to try with more people and see. I appreciate how quick the game is, even though it's complex. We don't have the patience for those mega-games that take hours.The gameplay is pretty intuitive, especially compared to duel, although watching through a gameplay video is a must. Scoring isn't too bad, although I have to read through the details in the rulebook each time to make sure I'm not missing something. It's less complicated than other games of its type.

This was a family gift and all my kids (9-17) were able to learn it fairly quickly and the game play is fast so it keeps their attention. Great game!

I used to play the full fledged 7 wonders game with my friends, but it needs more than 2 players. I wanted to get something for 2 players. Me and my wife play this every now and then and it is super fun.
