I bought these toggle anchors before and they were very helpful for mounting TVs. I would recommend using these over the 3/16" versions for TV mounts as they can withstand much heavier weight. I recommend not to over tighten the screws when you hanging your TV mount as you can break the back metal piece off fairly easy. READ the instructions very carefully as they can be easily installed incorrectly. It needs to be tight and flush against the wall so make sure you tighten the anchor part before breaking off the tabs. Also watch YouTube videos of others installing them so you get an idea how to install them correctly. I have used these to hang up many TV mounts and never had an issue with them. This pack does not come with the metal bolts and just have the toggle anchors so you would need to buy the bolts separately. The bolts you need are 1/4"-20 UNC-threaded bolts.
