Disappointed – Dangerous Electrical Issue After Just a Few Months
I bought this vacuum in February, and by July ( 4 months of light usage ) - it already stopped working. While using it, I suddenly heard crackling sounds like electrical contacts sparking, followed by a strong burning smell coming from the power cord. It seems the internal wiring has been damaged or burned. This is not only disappointing in terms of product quality, but also poses a serious safety risk. I expected it to last much longer – definitely not recommended

Hatachi should be better quality. The hand cery light and it can be broken easily
