Too sweet and not effective at all.I have used multiple brands of melatonin which were currently unavailable. This is clearly the least effective melatonin i have tried.

I used these for several months, but I have tried a less expensive brand since. I was not disappointed in them. They dissolved well and helped me sleep as expected.
