Not Induction Cooktop Compatible
I have a Sori Yanagi kettle in the same material as this pot; the kettle works just fine with my induction cooktop, so I assumed this would work as well. It does not—the cooktop says that the material cannot be recognized. I thought perhaps the pot I received was a knock-off, but the fine print does say, “ However, it does not correspond to the electromagnetic cooker (IH)”. Not sure why that would be the case, but it’s disappointing. It’s a really lovely and light weight pot otherwise.

I brought a 18 cm stainless steel cooking pot with lid assuming it shall work with my induction cooktop. The product didn’t mention that it is not compatible with induction cooker, now I find out that it is a useless pot cause I only have the induction cooktop top. I do not know what to do ? Cause the product look great from outside! I guess I was cheated!
