Can the Funko be removed from the base stand?

No, unlike other Star Wars Pops in the past, this one feels glued down. Might be possible to detach it with enough force, but definitely not made to be removed.

I would say yes it is. It's one of my favorites out of my collection of funko pops. It has all the right markings on the box.

Does this Kylo Ren Funko glow or light up?

No it's just a regular pop funko bobblehead. There is a Darth Vader one that lights up but it's more expensive then the regular pops.
