The Dictionary of Body Language: A Field Guide to Human Behavior

Very interesting
Fascinating little book describing a vast assortment of things that can be unconsciously communicated through our movements and expressions. Based on Western world people behaviour (concretely US citizens), but it includes some interesting notes about certain variations in other cultures. Besides, much of it refers to automatic responses, which tend to be universal.

Excellent book for professionnal and HR
The book explain a lot of postures and break many myths.A must have for those who do interviews and think they can read body language.Crossed arms is not as negative as we were told in the early 90's.Well made and simple to understand, I will re-read several times to keeps it fresh in my mind.

Fun Book!
It truly is set up like a field book. Some of the observation points are pretty obvious, some are intuitive but most are ah-hah moments. It's a fun and useful read.
