Extremely bright. Well built. Nice design. Another winner from Olight
This is my 2nd Olight Marauder 2 I own. I originally bought the Limited Edition of this flashlight in the tan color and loved it. Then this one went on sale so I bought a 2nd one.The Marauder is extremely bright at it's 14,000 lumen setting and it lights up my entire front yard, neighbors yard and a bit down the street. It is by far the brightest flashlight I own and the bright light spreads out far and wide making it even more impressive. The operation of the flashlight is super easy with the dial and safe with its lockout feature. It also has a proximity sensor so if something is close to the flashlight when on a high setting it will dim it for safety so it doesn't burn the object.I love the overall quality of the build and the size of this is just right. Battery life has been excellent. The USB-C charging port setup is very clever how it opens and closes. Also a plus you can charge your phone or other USB items off of this flashlight in an emergency. The only downside is the flashlight is a bit expensive but certainly competitive in its class for brightness, quality and power which makes it a good buy when at regular price or a no brainer when on sale if you are looking for a high end very bright flashlight.

Small, but mighty!
This flashlight is a chonky beast! Despite its diminutive form factor, it weighs in at a HEFTY 1 pound, 10 3/4 ounces. While it is very short (5 1/2" tall), it is very thick. You can see from my photo that it is about the same diameter as a typical 12-ounce energy drink can. While this makes for uncomfortable sustained carrying, it gives you an absurdly bright light that can STAY bright much longer than most others on the market. For example, it can stay in its 14,000-lumen flood mode (max output) for 10 minutes before reducing to a lower power level (power levels and durations are all thoughtfully listed in the instruction manual). I generally keep mine on power level "5" for the full 45 to 60 minutes (each way) of my daily 7-mile walk.Probably the biggest advantage I've noted while using this as opposed to all other flashlights is how much sooner and more consistently motorists notice me. I'm very careful to aim the beam away from traffic, of course, but this safety advantage alone is worth the purchase price. The included 35-watt charger is a very useful item as well. The knit lanyard, though, seems like a complete miss based on the weight of the flashlight. This flashlight gets VERY warm in maximum power mode, but doesn't get noticeably warm at anything other than the highest output setting. The ability to switch instantly between "flood" and "spot" mode with the flick of a dedicated slider switch, as well as to toggle between full power and reduced power with a double-click of the power button makes for a great user experience.

Amazing Flashlight
We recently moved out into the country. Our property is not lit very well, if the moon is not out there is no light at all. We bought some Nite Ize light up collars for our dogs, but it is nice to be able to light up the whole property to make sure our dogs are safe at night. This is small enough to fit into a coat pocket, though it does have some heft. I really enjoy the design and have used it everyday for the last 2 weeks. Beast of a light. Some have complained about the spotlight being a square. I don't mind it. It works very well and the throw distance on the light is insane. I love it!

Long battery
Got this for my husband and it loves it. It’s very bright and has a very long battery. I would recommend if you are looking for an emergency flashlight for in the house or even in the car. We also take it on our long hikes.

Small but big & heavy bright light, three-battery power bank.
Olight, again, puts out what appears to be a quality LED flashlight. Makes a fantastic hand-held flood light that can adjust the lumen output very easily (via side-mounted thumbwheel). The flip-switch between flood-to-beam (non-adjustable focus on the beam setting) is very easy to switch between the two.Still having trouble just to switch it on, just not used to how it supposed to turn on, has a lock-out feature that keeps it from turning on accidentally. My fault for not remembering the instructions. Has a lanyard swivel-out bracket, but probably will not utilize it, this is just a heavy light & don't won't it swinging around on a lanyard. Made to hold in your hand, & it's somewhat of a handful. Won't fit in pants pocket, need a fanny pack to store it in.I think the one big con is having to replace the batteries (if it ever needs it), no apparent way to access them, I think there is a YouTube on how to do it.J.W.

One of the brightest definitely the best
This thing is the truth it's every bit of the 14,000 lumens that it promises it's also tough durable, it has a great battery life and the fact that you can just rotate the dial to adjust the brightness is super convenient you don't have to cycle through anything with the push button. I purchased one of their competitors lights not too long ago almost equal price and brightness and it burned a hole through my jacket while at work this old light Marauder does not get that hot, it's got a flood light that lights up an entire yard and I mean that's when your yard is 5 Acres it will literally turn night today you flip the switch into the long throw Spotlight mode and it sends out a smaller concentrated light at a distance that is just incredible to see. This is the type of flashlight where you will probably never purchase another one again but probably won't have to either it's rugged and will withstand lots of drops cuz I have dropped mine at least eight or nine times and it hit hard on the concrete and I was literally surprised and shocked and it still work but it hasn't missed a beat and I love it highly recommend!!
