Been using it twice a day for a week and not only do my feet look better*, they feel better. The painful cracks are gone, the callouses are thinning. Urea products come in strengths up to 40%, and for this bear 20% is just right.*I really don't care if my feet look better, but the cracks were painful and they were the first thing to improve.

I think I've tried at least 500 treatment options for my keratosis pilaris by now. I would say my KP is severe. This stuff is great because it dries within a minute. I have seen a nice reduction in the bumps. I do still have the bumps and mild redness but I think it's because I have a really bad case of KP. I think for people with moderate cases this would clear you right up. I am going to buy the more potent version now.

Moving to a dry climate, my wife and I developed dry feet, especially cracked heals. My Dermatologist recommended this and we had positive results in just a few days (applying 2x a day). We have reordered.

Seems to work as a skin product. I just didn't like the product smell or the sticky feel. Also, there was a white residue after it dried on the skin.
