Do i put this on scalp or on wet/dry hair?

I part my dried hair straight back in 4 rows, apply oil sparingly to scalp. Smooth 3 drops in hand through hair (mid-ends), then inversion method for 4-5 minutes with light massage. I massage my scalp everyday. I do not apply this ever to my hair while wet. Consistency (and healthy diet) is key to growth and thickness.

Will this work for caucasions without adverse effects?

It should it doesn't matter what race you are. I have a niece who biracial she used it on her hair. It's works on all type of hair I hope this answer your question

What other product do YOU use with this?

Shampoo, conditioner, detangeler, and leave in conditioner in that order. Then I use this oil sparingly, massaging it throughout my hair.

Does this work for caucausian males? Or is this just for women, in general?

it can be used for all but if Caucasian, use caution because there are reports of it causing hair loss in excess and excess is apparently very vague. the instructions stating to use it “sparingly” is annoyingly unspecific.
