This pattern is really cute. I wasn't sold on the point above the hip for the first month of use but these are great. They really hold you in giving you confidence, and the fabric is top notch! The lace is strong and durable and haven't shown any wear from the washing machine. Lastly, these are really sexy! All in all, a great panty choice.EDIT: I wanted to update my review to mention how soft these panties are - even after several months of what feels like contest use. They are a firm lace - a soft firm lace. It isn't going to feel like silk, because it actually holds you in, but is a soft fabric. I also noticed some reviews mentioned it rolled down. I had my first experience with this. For me it was the way the slacks I was wearing cut into my torso just (maybe 1") below the top of these panties. If I bent over the panties did roll. With that being said, I've only had this problem one time. These panties do great as shapeware! I had originally purchased these in black, as I found that to be a sexy color (and looks sexy on - which I'm not at the age where brief and sexy are usually in the same sentence). When I noticed these were on sale I bought another pair in the Rosewood to wear under my wedding dress. I know these panties will stay in place, give me good control, and allow me to boogie all through the night. These are a great purchase and I'm glad I found them. I do wish they came in a blue shade as that would be perfect under my dress.I also wanted to add some of my specifics, I'm 5' 3" with a rectangular shape (size 10-14 depending on brand) and find these to be great for my shape and size - ordered a large.

Beautiful, sexy and feminine - and they give me the feel of support. It's hard to feel sexy with a saggy tummy, and little black lacy bikinis, while they look very sensual, do not look at all sexy with a tummy sagging over. And most shapewear looks like an old lady's girdle. These lacy little cuties look enticing while, at the same time, are nice and snug and comfortable, flatten the tummy and give allover firmness without feeling tight. Love them! Going to get more and throw out the little black bikinis! I've worn these for years and I always go back to them. Gently wash them and hang to dry and they last for a very long time. Do not put in dryer.

I bought these on impulse when I was purchasing some other undergarments. They popped up on the page as a suggested item, so I added them to the cart without really reading the description. I thought they were just retro-looking lace panties (which I'm always on the lookout for), not shapewear. They are absolutely beautiful, but they are too small for comfort. I ordered a large, though I'm usually a medium, so I guess I needed an extra-large. And given these are shapewear, they really do not provide the shape I prefer. They compress my full derrière to a smooth but very flat shape, reminiscent of the '80s aerobics ideal. I have an hourglass body type, so if my butt looks any smaller, I look bizarrely off-balance, as if my large bust will make me topple over at any minute. Notwithstanding my criticisms, if you're looking for a very pretty brief to really streamline and slenderize your rear, these might be for you.

Comparing this style and fit to another I purchased at the same time (Hanes firm tummy control) this one fit and felt so much better. I am rating 4.5⭐️ ONLY because I still feel i need to explore more options.5”2 158lbs

It is difficult to find this type of underwear, with just enough support, not too tight, and attractive looking. Was hoping the lace would be softer, but it is a bit stiff. They are also a bit pricey. Decided to keep because the fit is great. Normally wear a size 14, 5 foot 150 lbs, and I got an XXL. I THINK THIS IS EQUIVALENT TO A SIZE 8 underwear.

I ordered a size up for comfort and it is still too small. Undies look nice but just a tinge too tight. Size up one or two sizes if you want them to be really comfortable. They are pretty and I like the high waist. It helps to hid the tummy.

Very disappointed. I gently hand washed and air dried. The stitching started coming apart immediately once on the fabric started to tearing at the seems and everywhere else leaving tiny holes that were possibly there before putting on. This is not the quality I know from Bali as I have purchased Bali products for years. I think these are the discarded quality control garments being resold. Not worth purchasing from this seller. I have purchased from other stores, sellers and you can find better quality of this product just not here. Very saddened by the quality of this purchase.

These are the perfect control briefs for me. I ordered a medium since I am size 6 and they fit perfectly. They aren't too high waisted like other control wear which I really appreciated because I am wearing these with a low backed dress. I recently lost 68 pounds, so even though I am at my desired weight now, I have a bunch of loose skin from the weight loss that can look a funny pouch and ripply under fitted clothing. This helped hold in all my loose skin and the little bit of fat I have left and I finally look like I have a flat abdomen under my bridesmaids dress. Also, it is comfortable.

Great quality and comfortable. Fortunately I chose a medium size even though I normally buy a small. Because it is a tummy control product I would recommend one size larger for a comfortable and flattering fit.

I wanted some high 'nicks' in navy for a wedding outfit. I didn't want a panty line or any discomfort and I needed a bit of firm fit for possible post wedding breakfast bulge. These are comfortable and ticked all boxes.

Very attractive, full coverage, snug fit so get a smoother look under clothing. The leg elastic is a bit tight so it leaves a panty line.

Lovely high quality product. it's just like a second skin and a great value for the money. I would order these again in the nearest future as the need arises. Soft fabric, crease free and firm. Would recommend this to ladies out there who want a comfy underwear .
