PQQ is found naturally in beans, parsley, green tea, potatoes, fermented foods and more; human breast milk is one of the highest sources of natural PQQ.Since learning about PQQ being naturally available in human breast milk (and the significance that one of the highest food sources of PQQ is in breast milk...) I've realized the significance that PQQ is likely vital for the infant to develop strong mitochondrial DNA particularly in the developing heart. I'm floored that I've never seen PQQ mentioned on an infant formula label.... perchance the increased usage of infant formula without PQQ be linked to the increasing rates of cardiovascular disease and muscular dysfunction common in today's western society? I'd like to see more research on this relevant topic.

I always want to know exactly how large the supplements are before I buy them sight unseen. So I put photos of a typical 500 mg acetaminophen tablet on one side (the white tablet) and an ordinary 325 full sized round aspirin on the other side. The Jarrow 200 mg dark gel capsule is in the middle with a ruler in the background. And the other thing I like to see is the label on the back side of the bottle. They never show it and they never show the size of the pills or capsules in the advertising. They will show anything and talk about everything except this. So this is my main contribution. It's difficult to ever know if the long term benefits are working for you or not. But better safe than sorry is my motto.A few days before Thanksgiving 2016, I had sudden serious pain right in the middle of my chest – happened on three different days before the last one got my attention enough to go to the emergency room. I just had a 3 Tesla MRI of my brain and it all looks good – no hint of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Always insist upon a 3 Tesla strength MRI machine – not the 1.5 T versions or worse yet, some old open MRIs that are 0.9 Tesla or worse. Not all MRI machines are even close to being the same.

This is my second bottle of QH Plus PQQ and, while I am taking a variety of other supplements in conjunction with this one, I know it is doing its job. I engage in a tremendous amount of research on a product prior to trying it out for myself, and Jarrow Formulas have never let me down in the past, so I felt comfortable making this commitment to my health. Ubiquinol is the precursor for CoQ10, and is great for heart health. My father had heart issues, so I choose to be proactive with my health. I also have noticed a keener focus and cognitive recall by taking this product, (as none of the other supplements I take target cognitive health specifically, although may do so peripherally). I would highly recommend this product.

Due to some health issues, I have had very low energy. This product does seem to help bring back some of my energy. It's not like the energy you get from a stimulate like coffee but more of a feeling of being more awake with more sustained energy. It's not miraculous but noticeable enough to make a difference for me.For the first week it made my head feel funny, almost like pressure in my head. That seemed to clear up however and now I have noticed my head seems clearer, almost like my cognitive ability has gotten better. I have to assume it was the sunflower lecithin in the product that caused this as I have taken just sunflower lecithin in the past and recall a similar experience.If this product is as good as its said to be, I am hopeful things will only get better.
