Q: How long does it take to notice an increase in energy from this supplement?

A week? Couple days? Depends on your system and how low your b12 is... B12 allows you to absorb energy from food. If you have a good level of b12 in your system already you will not notice an increase in energy. B12 is like a gate for energy. The larger the gate the more absorption. However if your level is not low boosting it will not make a difference. If you do notice a difference in energy I would start questioning why. If could be a symptom of a bigger issue. Also, smoking and antacids will lower your level.

Q: Is the ingredient "Glucose Syrup" derived from corn?

It can be. Glucose syrup is derived from starch. Corn is the most popular source, but it can also be made from potatoes and wheat. Usually, glucose syrup derived from corn is listed as 'corn syrup' in the ingredients. However, glucose syrup, even made from corn, is NOT high fructose corn syrup, or HFCS.
