Low quality
The rope is folded and packaged and while unfolding, the fold marks remain all along the rope.If you are a beginner and do not mind having folds on the rope then it is absolutely fine. No issues while skipping.

Pay more and get a better quality skipping rope
Very basic skipping rope , the rope itself is plastic and does not seem to straighten out well. Low price point , I’d suggest to pay a little more a get a better one.
