Really nice to experience haptics. But in the long run this you would probably go back to regular noise cancelling headphone bec Sometimes haptics can give you headache.Battery doesn't last long.

The haptics really generate an amazing felling in FPS gaming. The have actuators vibrating in your head which is offers an impressive experience in FPS gaming. However, after long hours of gaming this becomes annoying. The headphones are heavy. To conclude, best for FPS gaming, not good for video calls.

Second time i buy razer nari and the same problem happened. The tranceiver stopped working just after one year. After searching it come out that it is a common problem and there is no replacement tranceiver anywhere. Very poor support

after many years using the products (mostly headsets) it's time to say goodbye, because the problems and imperfections are just too common.just received nari ultimate, and guess what, the Mic doesn't work.you can hear your faint voice only if it's 100% volume and you're yelling into the Mic, and still sounds like 1%.

I received the Headset without the Wireless USB Dongle so I cant really use the headset with its features. I requested for replacement and still havent been replaced after 20 days.
