Foods L-OptiZinc, 100 Caps 30 mg

This made me throw up, i was taking 2 one at morning and the other before bed,i was fine for the first week but on to the next week it made me feel nauseous. The smell is quite bad, like you can smell it even if its in your mouth. Not sure if I'll take it anymore.

Good product, but price has been doubled. Considering the situation look elsewhere...

The smell is so awesul . It makes me burp and nauseous for hours after taking it . Horrible smell....

I used it for 3 weeks before writing this review, firstly it did help me feel some changes like sleeping deeper and eating better, but other than that almost nothing changed It is simply a supplement when you cannot afford to buy or eat expensive foods.I wouldn't say it's a good or bad product but I would rate it as a product worth buying if you need a steady source of zinc.
