BitBuddie Universal Dust Shroud for Drilling and Coring, 1 3/8"

My business installs a lot of wedge anchors on concrete & block walls., and we're required to control the silica dust (per OSHA). This product is very effective at controlling the dust, and it stays attached to the wall (even porous block walls) due to the suction from the vacuum. It will even stay attached to the ceiling while drilling upside down, although the weight of the vacuum hose needs to be supported with a hanger if the hose is too long because of the weight, but it's amazing how well it stays attached.

This product is just as good as what you pay for it, I was really hoping it was better. The dust just falls out of place if you don’t hold it up agains the wall very, very firmly. And even then the area in between the socket gets really dirty. Will try to upload a picture later.

Surprisingly good suction with just a HD Buckethead vacuum. Feet for drilling brick etc. There are many times it's not useful though, like if your drilling into a corner.

It functions well to catch drilling dust and stick to the wall just fine. Unfortunately, I had to rig up a way to attach it to my Festool nozzle. Great idea and function otherwise.

The device worked ok. Many particles were missed as the intake holes are very small.

This thing works! I have a lot of concrete walls and drilling into them to hang things makes a lot of dust. With this the dust is almost completely contained. The amount that escapes is less than the amount I used to get in my eyes.

Simple product, worked great connecting to festool 27mm hose end with out the provided adapter. Extracted concrete dust nearly perfectly for 1/2” hole.

Still need to purchase an adapter to fit into this attachment because it is very short to reach vacuum.
