The toy was already broken after half a day, it’s suppose to be « transformable »- switching to watch to robot - but the arms are both « cut ». I am asking to get a refund or a new one.

Not as described. The delivered toy is not asper the picture,as it doesn't have a projector. We only realised this after the end of the return period as it was a Eid present. Amazon should instruct the seller to change description.
