These iron capsules are very high quality! They are not only vegan and vegetarian but they also absorb fast. I tend to have too low levels of iron in my blood and I must say that my last blood test results are perfect. These pills helped me with fatigue a lot and I keep high levels of energy during the day. I take iron pills as I have issues when eating beef and pork as I can’t digest it properly. I can really tell if I don’t take iron as my running gets slow and I am generally tired. I can therefore see if they work. They are easy to take.The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because thh hi e packaging is in German. It’s not an issue if you know what they are but any ‘medical’ type pills should, I believe, be in local language.

There is no doubt about the quality of thid tablets, all you need is one tablets per day incase if you are feeling tired or weak, you might need to check your iron level and this medication will help boost your iron level.It is suitable for vegetarian and very easy to swallow

Lack of iron can cause fatigue and taking supplements can really help plug the gap. Note though that it takes quite a while for the deficit to be balanced out. So don't expect immediate results.After taking these for a week, it seems to have had a slight benefit, it's early days but they seem to work.

Unfortunately I suffer with heavy periods and during that time of the month, I can become extremely fatigued.These Iron capsules help to give me a boost during that time.
