SURPRISE...I really like this necklace...NOT the earrings so much! Wow, this BellyLady Belly Dancing Gypsy Silver Necklace/Earring Set seem to take about 3-4 weeks; so be prepared for the oceanic delivery. Once in hand, the necklace appears thin (almost tin-foilish); but once on, you may enjoy the simplicity of the thinner weight. Now the earrings are another story. I personally found the two items competed against one another...the clingging of both pieces are an annoyance. I took my small silver hoop earrings, and took a few of the coins from the set, added a unique addition. I can't believe how many compliments I received with a little "mother of intervention". I pray my brief experience will aid in the next shoppers intelligent purchase.

I confess, I bought this set for the earrings. I'm a teacher and my kids love the sound that they make. I'm getting use to it too (they're pretty loud!). One of the earrings was bent when it arrived, but I easily bent it back into shape, which makes me worry about the durability of the metal, but they're very pretty, long, and defiantly turn heads.The necklace is alright too, though the contrast between the chair and the coins is pretty severe (you can see in the picture that coins are very delicate while the chain is big and chunky). I was also surprised how short the chain is.

For the price, this set is a must-buy. I personally don't use the earrings, so I will just review the necklace. I had intended to use it simply as part of a costume, but I've ended up wearing it with a variety of outfits and necklines on many occasions. I get so many compliments on this necklace! I've even bought a few for gifts. If you want to feel like a million bucks but spend under ten, try this. What do you have to lose?

This set looks great. The pieces jingle while you move, which is great for performing, though may get annoying if you wear this out on the town. Some of the pictures suggest that you could use the necklace as a sort of headpiece -- don't count on it. I haven't figured out a way to clip it so it stays, which, I suspect, is why that look is illustrated on a mannequin instead of a real person.

it's not as noisy as some say, but i was dancing at a regular dance. the earrings looked great, the necklace can be adjusted well to fit what ever top one was wearing. it was a bargain, and i was very proud to be wearing it. super nice item for the evening (tho i danced during the afternoon). very happy with this purchase. can wear it with many different articles of clothing.

A beautiful necklace that has 6 tiers of silver coins hanging down in an inverted triangle. A soft tinkling of sound rings through the air on movement of your neck and chest. Does not get tangled nor does it pinch or pull. Just gently place it on your neck and gently remove it and all is well. A great addition to your gypsy attire.

Items arrived. I tried it on and clasp of necklace broke. I replaced it, which luck I have already clasps at home. I also realized that a coin is missing on one earring. So I took from the other earring one coin off. I will replace it for a pearl. Not very satisfied that I had to put already work into it! I would not pay 19.00 $ for it!!!!
