I was expecting good things, purchased this to use for baby bottle feeds at night. I received my flask used it one evening, next day the thermometer just stopped working. To be fair customer service was good, they were quick to sort it and sent me a new one out. I received the new one today it was working straight out the box. Cleaned it filled it up with hot water and it isn't working. So frustrating. I have tapped it cleaned it etc done everything I can. I left it and come back still nothing. Not worth the hassle or inconvenience when you have night feeds with a new born baby, you need something that will work and hold its Heat. Is it bad luck or just bad quality. 👎

Excellent and keeps hot and cold for as long as you wanted! Shame I bought only 0.5L size...not enough for my yoga lessons. Easy to get it scratched, but I don't mind.

Temp display does not work. Doesn’t even turn on it’s just blank. And the bottle does not keep water hot for longer than 2 hours. Such a waste of money. I know you get what you pay for, so wasn’t expecting the best but equally didn’t expect it to be this bad. I wanted it for hot water to make baby milk but have had to throw away and purchase a better known brand.

Nice looking bottle, feels well made, doesn’t leak and the display on the lid on the top is pretty clear and works with one touch of your thumb, I only use for cold drinks and it keeps it nice and cold for the time I need to drink the contents. I fill up the bottle (to the sensor) with very cold water from the water machine at work in the morning and the temp reading is 7c, the actual temp I checked with a thermometer was actually 7c so +/- a few degrees. I then leave the bottle for say 20 minutes and the temp then shows 15c, I drink some water and the temp then goes up to 18c, but the ACTUAL temp is still nice and cold in the bottle at 8c >10c! When you leave bottle upside down on its lid so the cold water actually touches the sensor all the then you get a more accurate reading of the cold water so the sensor should have been at the bottom of the bottle NOT the top which just the display at the top. You can't ever be sure what the temp really is in the bottle unless you turn it upside down for a couple of minutes! So in conclusion, buy for a good looking thermos bottle but with the novelty of a temp gauge on top, but don’t expect any accurate temperatures unless you leave it upside down all them time. Worth £9.99 but not £12.89 imo. Cheers.
