I like the quality of the bands and that it has all the sizes and there is small booklet I followed to exercise.I highly recommend it .

Quality not as expected but for the price is justifiedBand broke on me after using only few times serious quality issue plus delivery package was in bag rapped with scotch tape for moment I thought is illegal stuff

didn't look like the picture and it works but t's a bit tighter and smaller so i would not recommend it

is is a chineese product, with below average quality (2/5),nothing is printed on each band, you need to guess the hardnedd level for each one,Exercise instruction guideI was not included,the bag qulaity is very poor.delivered in a plastic bacg,not happy from this product.
