This is the best product I ever bought from Amazon. I love ice in my drinks and now I get to have ice cubes daily. As I'm writing this I am drinking a cold milk tea filled with ice.The first two-three uses were a bit disappointing but then I learned how to use it, and it's the best thing ever, I've been using it daily for over a month now. Basically 3 things you need to know:- First remove the inner chamber, fill with water till about the middle of the first ice cube line THEN put the inner chamber back in and press down. (don't add the water while the inner chamber is in, it's slow and annoying).- With trial and error you will find the right amount of water to put in, maybe try over the sink at first in case of spills- The inner chamber tends to float up since it's plastic, and the water gets under it, and that was a bit annoying. To fix this I put a medium-sized rock in the inner chamber to hold it down (the rock is now part of my ice maker). You can put anything clean like a paperweight or a crystal or whatever and it will do the trick, maybe you could even freeze a few inches of water and it would work.I looked online for similar designs of ice makers but honestly, this is the best one I've seen so far.
