Good quality

This bag looks wise very good but unfortunately very poor quality.

I got the bag for my 7 year old daughter. The bag size is good enough to take books and sizable files, it looks very nice as well However: it came without the silver chain which is the main reason my daughter liked it, I emailed the seller to ask if they can send me the missing chain but she refused and asked me to return it and rebuy another bag one if I still wanted it, such a hassel!!!!!. The pink ribbons could've been better quality cause they got teared abit, the handles are not great quality but so far my daughter is using it for 2 weeks at school and its not damaged. I bought a silver chain to replace the missing one for almost the same price of the bag as I couldn't be hassled by returing and rebuying the bag and it looks perfect on it. The good thing is that my daughter loves it and it looks super cool on her as it is unique, so far it is functioning well. I will consider later on giving it 3 or 4 stars if it lasts for 6 months or so

Im the photo it looks good but when I got it very disappointing looks very cheap quality. Not recommended for others to buy.
