The product packaging found bad and it may opened before and repackaged again...or maybe returned from other customers and re-sold to me.

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!!! Doesn’t steam, just spits boiling hot water everywhere. Burned my hand and it made a mess EVERYWHERE. This product is as efficient as dumping a boiling hot kettle on the floor. I tried different water levels to see if I could stop the spitting, but with no success. THIS STEAMER IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

Effective for a handheld steamer

This takes up a fraction of the space of the large free-standing options. It needs to be refilled more often and need to either hold the hangar or find somewhere to hang it, but I find it very convenient and effective.
