Extra hot!
I love this mug warmer, best one I purchased and used so far.Turns out it does have a rotation mode back to off. It refused to switch off by touching the button before, but it started working normally after so I'm happy with it.Tip: Better results when used on flat bottom mugs / cups. Do not use plastic cups.

Very good but...
I loved this warmer but, it stopped working because I dropped some tea. it should be water proof but it is not completey water proof from the bottom so be careful. it stopped working completely even after I let it dry for few days. otherwise it was very good & hot! so sad really

Not that helpful, cups must be boiling to eventually remain warm, especially in a room with cool air conditioning.. I’ll say good only but could be better

Brilliant!
Bought this as a mothers day gift and it turned out to be the most useful piece of equipment in our livingroom. Does not heat your cole tea/coffee but definitely keeps the drink hotter for longer

Only good for flat bottom mug
This will not work with most mugs out there as they do not have flat bottom.Only purchase if you have a flat bottom mug.
