Very deep dish and nice handles.
This is the best Escargot, Crab Appy Dish I have seen for years. And they have a nice ridge too carry all the Boil-Over so great for dipping bread.

Great Product!
These are nice and deep which is exactly what I needed to make escargot stuffed mushroom caps. Wash up well too. Better than the ones with the handles because they store nicely without taking up too much room.
