Very good quality rubber tubes, very effective for different exercises & can be easily carried anywhere

item might be useful, but the quality vs. price is not relevant, and when returning the item, they now deduct even money, this is very disappointing and very bad customer service. its like steeling money from customers!

I never tried one of these before so decide to give it a go. I don't want to exaggerate but I am wondering why I didn't buy one of these ever before. The range of exercise you can do with these is just unimaginable. Workouts for me got redefined the day this was delivered. I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning but now I don't even touch my bar bells anymore. The pump I get after a good workout session with these resistance bands is just amazing. The best part is for the price I paid, I have got much more and that would be 'Complete workout satisfaction'. Good Luck and enjoy burnin out.

Have been using it for months and is still amazing

Very disappointed.I bought this set as the picture shows 2 pairs of foam Handel bars to work out with my partner yet it has only one set and no cooling towel as per what is supposed to be included.There was another set for half the price which included 1 pair of Handel bars, yet I choose this specifically for the 2 pair of foam handles.Very disappointed

I’ve been looking for exercise materials but most of them were expensive. Luckily, I found this resistance band set it’s cheaper than other but it is really great for home exercise it’s really worth it and it comes with a bag.
