We have 2 of these smart wifi dimmers, one in a single pole setup and one in a 3-way. Both work great, installation was straight forward for the single pole and connection to wifi and Alexa was easy.The 3-way, however, is a different story. The included instructions for 3-way installations show a dizzying array of options that are printed so small it's impossible to make sense of them. The unit itself is not labeled at all so instructions are a requirement. I contacted the seller who sent a different set of easy-to-read instructions with only one installation option It worked! Once finally installed, the dimmer in 3-way mode works flawlessly.Both control LED track lights and the overall dimming range is excellent.

(1) Does NOT dim as low as stated, but it's acceptable.(2) Tricky to install in a standard outlet box.

I installed these this past weekend and replaced two other 3-way switches that did not have the dimming function. They are easy to install if you have done this type of work before. What I would suggest is that if you are installing these into a crowded junction box with other switches then before you start remove the 3 what I call wings on each side of the switches. It makes it easier to fit in a crowded box. I do like the slide mechanism, easy flowing and the on off switch at the bottom leaves no doubt you opened or closed the lights. Good product and easy to use.

Unlike the switch this replaced, there is no flickering with dimmable LED lamps. (Well it does flicker for a second and then it's steady.)At first moving the slide control down didn't dim the lights. Then I noticed a tiny dimming range control wheel on the right side of the switch. The dimmer range control is neither visible nor accessible after installing the switch cover plate. After adjusting the dimmer range control to allow the slide control to work, I installed the cover plates and all was good.There should be but there isn't any mention of the dimmer range control in the installation / operation manual that comes with the switch.

Installed those during the renovation of a restaurant, and installed all together in those multiple box with many switches in a row (two boxes, six gangs each). I needed to stay in the inexpensive range of price for this client, rather "parsimonious", so I got those instead of the Lutron I usually use... The quality is alligned with the price, they work OK and sometimes they interfere with each others. I don't reccomand them in this kind of project, they are probably good if used in single gang boxes, or sole dimmer in a multigang box.

It’s a switch. Not much to say. Works fine. Looks good.
