This product worked very well for me. Test results showed I was very deficient in B12 and Folate. Doctor retested after using this for three months and my folate went from 5 to 24 and B12 went up about 150 points! It dissolves very quickly under tongue and no bad taste. Highly recommend.

While I have heard a lot about these, I am anxious to get started. I have read that they can be really helpful and I hope that is true. After I have been taking for a month or so, I will do another review. I bought these at a reduced price for my unbiased opinion. I am homozygous for MTHFR c677t. So I know my daughter is at least heterozygous. These are great for her to get her methyl B12 and methylfolate. I'm hopeful that she will be able to avoid many of the family illnesses by methylating well early.

This came at a great time. My doctor had told me that I needed to get more vitamin B12 and when I showed him the bottle, he said that was fine to take and I didn't need a prescription (for an expensive med, I am sure). I did have to get used to the taste when I first started taking it but it is better now that it has been awhile. I recommend this for anyone who needs more B12.

Great B12 product. Helped to reduce my issues with restless leg syndrome and improved healing on my legs. Tabs melt easily under the tongue and taste very good!
