Great Period Underwear. Better Than Thinx
My preteen's favorite period underwear. The protective barrier stretches from the front waist band all the way to the back, which is the best for exercise and lying down. It is thin, not bulky, it does not make rustling sounds when walking. It looks like regular underwear with added protection for leaks. Of course you still have to use feminine hygiene products. These do not have the absorbency for free flowing, unless with really light flow at beginning of end of cycle. I'm comparing these to the expensive Thinx underwear which we bought before these. They were bulky, the barrier did not go from waist band to waist band, and they looked so old after a few washes. But the main issue with those was the bulk was noticeable through her jeans, and she experienced leaks in bed while sleeping and even leaks in public. These underwears don't have any of those problems and price is great. Also they're FSA eligible! For size reference 5'1", 115 to 120 lbs. Wears Medium in these.

No leaks
If you have a heavier period these would maybe not work for you, but they have been so helpful for me personally! I haven’t had to worry or stress about leaks or stains since buying these. They’re very comfortable, though just SLIGHTLY on the smaller side. Just barely off in sizing, but it’s enough to be noticeable when you first put them on. Still highly recommend if you have a lighter flow or just want something for your lighter days

Great liner alt, know your sizing
Make sure you know your sizing. I got a small, and I wish I got a medium. I'm 5'-2", 130 lb, and very curvy, and I can typically wear smalls, but these were very tight. Also would recommend if you are trying to not wear liners/pads as much. I got tired of always having to buy pads and tampons, so I've been on the search looking for alternatives. These are great if you're waiting for your period to come but don't want to wear a pad in those early days. For heavier days, definitely wear a pad for extra protection if you're worried about leakage and you plan on being out all day. Works best for lighter flows, not so much heavier flows unless you have that extra protection. If you don't plan on washing them directly after use (when your flow is in action), make sure to rinse them with some soap and water to get the blood and smell out, then let them dry before you toss them in the laundry basket. Helps keep the odor at bay after you've worn it all day.

Underwear.
I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She feels confident that they are leak free.(along with a sanitary napkin.)

Perfect for Tween Girls
Perfect for my "Tween" to have for an added layer of protection. These fit true to size and are a good thicker material. She said they are not uncomfortable at all and likes wearing them as normal underwear.

Sizing inaccurate, material rough feeling
These were not what I expected and I should have read the description better. That being said, I would have still been disappointed with them. The sizing chart was way off and I ordered an extra large for my 14 year old based on weight. It was wildly inaccurate and they were huge. They were a rough feeling material, so I didn't like that either and they had very little stretch, which I think is sort of important for comfortable undies. The last part I'm not grading the product down for, because this was my own fault, but I wanted others to be aware that these are not true "period undies". They are undies that may catch pad or tampon overflow if your primary method of catch fails. When I reread the listing, it does say that in the description but I missed that fact before ordering. I returned these. They were not worth the price to me even if they would have fit.

Good choice
Love them!

These are great. I wanted colours, patterns but all were labelled “teen”. I thought maybe they were sized smaller than usual. I’m 46, a size 6 - they fit the same as any “adult” period undies (these aren’t my first - do size up in all period undies - they are snug on purpose and you will be bloated).
