Worth the money
Good suction Easy to use and clean Build quality is nice, Overall worth the cost and serves the purpose.

Alot of ppl here have mention that it is fragile and needs to be handled with care and i took that into account while using it first time. Everything went well untill cleaning part and i really enjoyed hoovering however when i was to drain the waste cabin turns out it was already broke from base. Not sure if i can claim warranty for that. I will still give it 4* provided that it did it's job. It did great in cleaning however you gotta be careful while opening any of it's cabins.

The product is awful.
I can’t believe that black & decker has made something this much bad! Don’t buy it. No vacuum. Bad material like a toy! And it doesn’t cross the floor even!

Good Product for the Price.
I like how light this vacuum cleaner is and its' cleaning capability for the price. The filtering system is very good. Recommend reading the directions, especially how to clean the filters to ensure good use over time. Recommend be gentle with this vacuum when you use it. It is not intended for rough-use or it can be damaged.

Poor Quality of Pipe and body
I have use the vaccume in for only about maximum 20 times since purchase in june 2024 now its Pipe is broken ,which i dont know how to fix or replace as warranty gone. NOT RECOMENDED
