I ordered these before for heel pain and planter fasciitis. They have been great especially when walking around the house when I wanted to be barefooted but couldn't because of the pain.Now for the new purpose. Recently I had a massive Melanoma removed from the ball of my foot and can't have any weight because of the skin graft. The only way I was able to get around was to put all my weight on my heel by tilting my foot back. Extremely painful after a while. I started putting this on my affected foot and it not only gave my heel some cushion, but there was some lift so I didn't have to keep straining my foot back. It made moving around so much easier. Now if they made these with a thick half-sole for outside use, that would be Amazing.

This item almost immediately relieved some of the pain my husband experiences from heel spur, and it seems to be continuing to do so. Unlike other products made for this ailment, this one is adjustable, easy to remove or put on, washable, can be worn alone or with socks, and comfortably fits into his shoes or boots. Though I only gave it a 3 star rating for pain relief because he just received it, I suspect it may well deserve five within the four weeks as advertised.I recommend, as do the manufacturers, that both wraps be used to maintain proper balance, as they add some height to the wearer and may feel awkward if worn only on the affected foot. The only thing I can suggest is that perhaps a little more silicon be placed in the heel for more comfort, but it's quite effective as is.

I have been suffering with plantar fascitis in both feet for about 6 months and started to think that the pain and discomfort would never end. I have some inserts for my shoes which help but weren't quite supporting the bottom of my heels which were very sore when standing or walking for any period of time. I also wanted to wear slippers but couldn't find any where inserts would fit. I was getting really frustrated for searching for the miracle solution and then by chance discovered heel that pain heal supports. I was a little skeptical reading about the amazing reviews for this product but I am extremely happy to add to the amazing reviews. They have absolutely changed the way I can walk and fit perfectly with all my current shoes. I even wear them in bed so walking to the bathroom isn't painful. The heel wrap seats are perfect for my planter fasciitis when worn in bare feet and with my sketcher trainers. Can’t wear them at work where I would have benefited them the most as under floor heating Makes my feet too hot.
