Overall this is an excellent product. I could charge both my mobile and camera in a single go. I used it a few times, and the battery capacity after recharge seems good. You can charge your phone a few times easily with it. It's a bit heavy for backpackers, but for normal traveling, it's an excellent option.

Made of good quality plastics. Able to charge my phone around 3 and a half times (Honor 8x). Comes with a mesh pouch and a small micro usb cable. Gets a bit warm when charging (that's perfectly normal) and takes around 7-8 hours to fully charge. My box was a bit banged up when it arrived. Only real downside I've found so far is the weight, it is a bit heavy. No problems yet.

This is my first power bank that actually works, it has a capacity fo 20100 mAh and uses all of it. It charges devices fast and the fast charge feature that is advertised actually works. I took this on a trip in which I used this to charge my 2100 mAh phone and a GoPro Hero 7 black. I was constantly using these devices and it supplied me with two whole days of charge. Now I use it to charge my MacBook Pro if I'm going out somewhere where I won't have electricity. So its a pretty robust, functional and useful product. Consider it an investment, it will pay off its cost over the course time.

Good product , i tried so many power banks for my iPhone and none of them were great as this product does .It charges quick and lasts for few days .The only thing I dislike is little to heavy and size can’t go inside a small bag to be carried with you.Overall is perfect product for IPhone !

I bought Anker Power-core 20100 last October 9th, It charged my iPhone for about 3x with its factory charge. Its actually pretty good. However, Today October 29 is the very first time I am charging it- and after almost 10hrs of it being plugged, to my disappointment it just keep blinking on first indicator light. (didn't even move from there) I already sent an email to anker MENA region. I am awaiting for their reply.Update - Nov 25th 2022Anker Team has been very kind and helpful. They replaced the item and now it's working great. I would never fear buying anker products because they have the best customer service!!!

The product has 3 months and in this months I barely charged with it, but the battery stays only for 3 charges of an iPhone. Had better products never buying again

Product is fine but I don't like old charging system I like C type
