Yes they do work. I have had two bottles thus far but just like exercise you will gradually see results. The key is consistent timing in taking the pills, it's best to not skip days. Of course this should also be an addition to a healthy lifestyle. Each time I use these my results are most noticeable in my stomach area and back area aka love handles which slowly decrease in fat. I actually went down in dress size as well. I like how they are not stimulating but I have noticed a surge in my energy and my metabolism. My heart rate seems to speed up from time to time as though I am exercising but nothing dramatic. I also get the munchies when I first begin to take them and like some people have mentioned, gained a pound or two initially but over time this all went away (at least for me).
