Terrible Experience - Faulty Gears and Difficult Assembly
I recently purchased the Spartan 20" Panther Bicycle MTB Mountain Bike for my son, and I am extremely disappointed with the product. Here are the major issues we encountered: 1) Faulty Gears: The gears on this bike were not working properly right out of the box. When the assembly technician came to set it up, they spent hours trying to fix the gears, but ultimately couldn't get them to work. This is unacceptable for a brand-new bike. 2) Time-Consuming Assembly: The assembly process was much more complicated than it should have been. Even the professional technician struggled with it, which suggests that the bike is poorly designed and not user-friendly. 3) Unusable for My Son: Due to the faulty gears, my son couldn't ride the bike at all. This was incredibly disappointing, as he was very excited to use it. Instead of enjoying his new bike, we had to take it to a workshop. 4) Additional Costs and Hassle: We ended up having to take the bike to a workshop to have the gear replaced, which was an additional cost and inconvenience. This should not be necessary for a brand-new product. Overall, this bike has been a huge letdown. The faulty gears, complicated assembly, and additional costs have made this purchase a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this bike to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different brand.

I can't recommend
Not durable. Left brake handle broken, chain falling off.. 1 month and had many issues already. Horrible experience. Spend a bit more and get something solid.

وصلت العجلة بسرعة و تم استلامها و لكن تم تأجيل تركيبها و عند التركيب اكتشفنا للاسف وجود مسمار ناقص و هو مسمار البدال و غطاء الذي يغلق علي امسمار و كان قد امضي اكثر من ١٤ يوم للاسف فعند الشراء تأكدو من وجود جميع القطع اول ما يتم الاستلام
