I bought 3 like this. 2 stopped working after just a few weeks, the last one laster a bit longer. Very disturbing. I will not buy again. Also, the brand in the UK does not care.

This is a good product, but it needs a plug adaptor. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Fairly quiet, effective in a small room.

For one year the dehumidifier worked great to dry my clothes in the VERY humid and monsoon weather of Chennai. After 1 year (just after the warranty period expired) it just stopped working unexpectedly.

Stop working after 3 months.and can't claim warranty.

This item is of poor quality and stopped working within a month of purchase also it is not a cheap It's not even 3 months and the product has gone bust already. Highly disappointing after paying such a hefty amount. Especially when I've had the privilege of enjoying benefits of a similar another product last 3 years. Shameful. I would really appreciate a replacement.product there has no reply from the seller even though sent them emails

The dehumidifier is good but for apartments, I ordered this for hotel/ commercial use and had to return it. Cart2go helped me a lot by arranging for pickup even though return policy had expired and arranged for the refund. Thanks Team.
