Delicious!
High quality and delicious in all the recipes that I used it in, especially my miso glazed salmon. A must buy if you are trying to cut down on added salt.

Great miso paste
Good umami miso taste. Less salty than some other brands. It’s a little pricey for the amount but to me it is worth the cost because of the great packaging. Very convenient to dispense exactly how much you need and save the rest.

Decent Miso
Miso breaks up easy when cooking and tastes rather good. It is a bit weaker than some of the other ones I have done, especially at the price.

The best miso
I ordered 1 light and 1 dark miso packages. They are both so delicious to make soup and dipping sauce. Not salty and the umami is top notch 👌

You know how fruit loops always taste like fruit loops, and you can't really recreate that flavor, well this miso tastes like miso and you can't really get that flavor anywhere else.But the cool thing is if you only have a little bit to your dish it acts like salt and enhances the flavors, i enjoy putting it in everything XD

The taste is so good
The taste is so good. Great umami, beautiful with simple sliced mushrooms and spinach or fresh clams and green onions. Great smeared on fresh salmon steaks then bbq
