I made Snow globes for cupcakes out of the gelitan sheets. I used a Pinterest app for the Idea and use small ballons to make the globes by covering the ballons with several applications of the gelitan, allowing each application to harden befor doing another application.

First time I ever bought this product and it was easy to use for the dessert I made and it worked well.

So happy I found this, had trouble finding gelatin in American grocery stores (surprisingly). Worked perfectly, my Panna cotta was excellent! Thank you!

First time using gelatin sheets so I don't really think I used them correctly but they were definitely interesting trying to make a glaze for a cake
