I bought these to replace two failed ones. However, despite the image showing the same manufacturer, they are not. Actually that could be a good thing as the ones replaced, even with minimal use, had both failed in the same way so are obviously poor quality. As these are not by the same manufacturer, hopefully they will be better quality and last. Great delivery and simple to fit. I didn’t understand the different sizes but the ones I purchased were fine. Can definitely recommend.

Job done! Exactly what I needed and arrived in good time. This is a standard fix for UPVC windows. These locking mechanisms pretty much fail after about 10 years. If you know how to install, and it is easy if you know how, then you'll appreciate this company sells them at a good price. There are some complaints that the lock is not branded MILA as shown on the advert. Perhaps the MILA image is there so you can find the same product. MILA is a pretty basic product and the lock works exactly the same, so you should be safe (pretty much everything comes from the same factory in China anyway, right??)

Removed from packaging and felt good quality. No Mila branding as pictured. The old shootbolt was slightly off centre in regards to the positioning in window frame so had to remove some more plastic in the window so it sits in the groove. Once done fitting was simple. Just make sure the shootbolt is the correct way round to use with the window locking Lever - Doh!

Perfect fit robust and strong excellent product.

Removing the old shoot bolt lock mechanism was a bit tricky but once out this was easy to fit. Would recommend viewing a few You Tube videos showing how to take out old mechanism and also make sure you buy the correct size replacement.
