It is great for ball storage. I use mine in my pool as a float ring for my solar lights.

If you simply want to keep your large yoga ball from rolling when not in use and you don't mind the cheap appearance of this ring, perhaps it will be worth buying. I definitely not not recommend it for holding a yoga ball steady while someone is using it. This likely cost 3 cents to produce so it probably has quite a profit margin -- unjustly. It is an example of the poorest quality of imports from China.

Fine if you just want the ball to stay put for storage purposes (or maybe if you don’t weigh much).My 220 pounds on the ball, rolling against this ring, caused it to spring leaks and go flat. Get a heavier gage of material if you want it to keep you in place while using the ball.

Perfect addition for using my exercise ball and keeping it in place while i do my back exercises. Definitely recommend!

It does nothing for the ball only if u sit very still
