I am pleased with this purchase. It's exactly as advertised, installable by one person, easy to install, wire, and operate. LCD is quality, drawer slides are also of quality, and it handles flipping between different resolutions across the connected servers easily and quickly. The fact that it comes with all the necessary cables is huge. Even though this is VGA, it does work well with an Amazon Basics VGA-to-HDMI converter which was necessary for my security camera NVR which has, HDMI of course.

Not dependable
Only the product for six months used it in time does not work. This is something you normally mean when there’s a problem, I recommend you spend a little more money and buy one more reliable. Power supply failed but once replaced I have not had another issue for 18 months

Works Perfectly - Updated
Update:Product stopped functioning after 6 months. Screen flashes rapidly, none of the trouble shooting tips work. Support says it’s not eligible for product support. I do not recommend this product.Original Review:Easy to setup, install and connect to servers. Works great. This KVM is fantastic.

Great product for the value paid
Great product and very simple to install. We had an issue with the screen blinking and I contacted the support email and they replied quickly. They stated that the power supply was defective and we replaced it and it worked fine again.

Does what it says...however 1u brackets are light
This product does the KVM features fine. However as another reviewer pointed out the rails are barely strong enough to support its weight.When the rails are in the rack, they feel light and almost like they bend. To describe it, it's like the rails feel moved le as if they got really hot.BUT it is in the rack and I have been using it fine so far.

Customer service is on point!
The product works nicely. I used it maybe three times before it wouldn't turn on again, so I contacted customer service and they sent me a new power supply, which fixed the issue. Very happy with the product and customer service.
