Bond….James Bond. So badass.
(117)flights in 2022….no joke. Need something strong that moves great thru airports. Tired of broken zippers, floppy soft shell carry ons & crap. Wanted a case type aluminum carry on & I found it! High quality across the board from the finish, wheels, handle to the polished aluminum locks. Everyone else has cheap looking weak plastic locks on their cases which is like getting to the finish line and stopping. Awful! It’s functional, tough & high end. No one talks about the interior which has compression straps classy styling. Only complaint would be the bottom of the case is made of plastic & not brushed aluminum. That’s a bummer because Rimowa goes top-to-bottom. Otherwise, very satisfied with my “James Bond” case!

Warning: Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service Experience
I ordered the suitcase less than 30 days ago and took it on a single trip. I like the suitcase but the top latch keeps popping open. The seller will not exchange and will only accept a return with 50% restocking fee (which is different than the seller’s 30-day defective product policy noted on their website). I now have to make a claim with the manufacturer. Just buy from someone else, Portmantos is terrible to deal with and won’t help you with defective products they just sold.

Hard sided carryons get scuffed. They are made to protect what you put inside them for travel.
I rated this product 5 stars when I purchased it 1 year ago for my honeymoon. The quality is obvious, other reviews I read mentioned that it scuffed too easily. That hasn’t bothered me. If quality luggage is what you’re looking for, Halliburton checks that box. It does so, while not screaming, “Look at my expensive luggage, is that a scuff?” Hard sided carryons get scuffed. This one is convenient to use. And is well built. Still 5 stars.

Beautiful piece , but cero resistant to the handling of the airports
The suitcase it’s visually beautiful ,,, lines, endings , details are remarkable. But honestly think it last in good condition only if you keep it with you all the time,,, in the case to be checked in the plane , it’s over Mine last only one trip to Colombia ,,,, got severe damaged ,,,,, used only one time ,,,, I know the people that handle them at the airports have cero considerations with the luggage’s. Sad to said but a waste of Money , definitely has no sense to invest money in a suitcase

Avoid Zero Halliburton
Thinking the first ZH Continental Carry-On that I purchased had to be a fluke because it malfuntioned after two flights as a carry-on... I purchased a 2nd case exactly the same. I figured I could always use another and the 2nd would be used while the other was in for repair. Well, the 2nd case latch malfunctioned on the FIRST use! So, now I have two non-functioning cases and an investment of over $2000. I'm still waiting on the first case to process through the repair process and than I'll start on the 2nd repair. Please note that you will have to endure a long process of communicating with the Halliburton customer service department (they are very nice though) and will be without a suitcase for a long time. I wouldn't advise purchasing a Zero Halliburton.

BEAUTIFUL and durable "CARRY" on!
I have owned luggage from all top brands including Tumi, Rimowa and others in between. This has quickly become my favorite go to for trips up to a week. The hardware (locks) and finish (brushed aluminum, leather handles, chrome bag hook, magnetic leather luggage tag) on this case far surpasses what Tumi or Rimowa offer at a far higher price point. This case is a well healed traveler's dream!!! The interior is spacious for a carry on and the compression straps work like a charm. I love the added benefit of a hanger holder, something you don't see on other cases like this. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. You NEVER EVER check aluminum carry on cases irrespective of who makes them. They are called "carry on" cases for a reason! If you check aluminum cases the results will always be the same no matter the brand. Scratches, dings, dents etc... DON'T do it, although given Halliburton's history, I imagine these cases stand up far better to that abuse than Tumi and Rimowa. I also bought the neoprene cover for mine so that I don't risk any scratches when placing it in the overhead compartments. I put it on before boarding and off it goes on arrival! I bought this directly (although I buy 99 percent of everything on Amazon) for the one time first buyer discount on Halliburton's site. I couldn't recommend this case more, especially when compared to Tumi and Rimowa. Leaves them all in the dust. TEV
