I don’t usually write reviews, but this product truly deserves one. I had a really painful canker sore on the inside of my lip that made it hard to eat, drink, or even talk comfortably. I tried salt water rinses and other home remedies, but nothing seemed to help — until I tried Orajel 3X for Mouth Sores. As soon as I applied it, the pain relief was almost instant. The numbing effect kicked in within seconds, and it lasted long enough for me to get through meals and conversations without discomfort. What really impressed me, though, was how quickly it helped the sore heal. Within just a couple of days of using it a few times a day, my canker sore was almost completely gone. By day three, it had healed up entirely! I also like that the gel is easy to apply — it stays in place pretty well and doesn’t sting when it goes on. The taste isn’t bad either, especially compared to some other oral gels I’ve tried in the past. If you suffer from canker sores, mouth irritations, or even small cuts inside your mouth, I highly recommend keeping a tube of this in your medicine cabinet. It works fast, relieves pain effectively, and genuinely helps speed up healing.

Pros ✅ Fast working ✅ Easy to apply ✅ You only need a little so the tube will last a long time ✅ Relatively inexpensive. Cons ❎ Tastes bad ❎ Will numb just about anywhere if you're not careful. I accidentally numbed the top of my tongue. DO NOT swallow this. ❎ Only lasts like 10 minutes max. ❎ So far haven't really felt like it increases healing.

Used these for my hurting gums after getting braces. I’ve now since then gotten them removed but this is a great product for the first weeks with braces

I had a very large ulcer in my mouth which was painful and could not eat I put oral help 3!on and it took the pain away where I could drink and eat small bites of food without pain I give thumbs up on this my doc said I could use it It's worth the small purchase price i used it as I had to wait over night for my med to arrive nThe flavor does not last and when on it's a mild mint flavor not a brother b

Helps with pain but don't expect it to heal your canker sore any faster. Works fast but doesn't last long. It's alright.
