I was told to purchase this by my physiotherapist. Within 3 weeks my hand strength increased from 9lb to 14lb. It's easy to use and comes with a set of exercises which are far more in depth than the physio gives you. A great item and you can purchase the next weight up once you're stronger.

I had this thing for two weeks only, and in that time I could very obviously feel an improvement in my hand strength.My sister was visiting, and she's had some troubles with her fingers, and she picked the thing up and started working it. I told her she could keep it, as it was no longer strong enough for me and I was going to upgrade anyway.She's reported that it's nearly cured several of her finger/wrist issues. Pretty amazing, really.
