Great Walking Poles
Had started Nordic walking as my primary exercise regimen about a year ago with a pair of relatively cheap adjustable poles. They would not hold length so I gave up and ordered the Nordic Walking poles. Wow! What a difference. They are lightweight, fixed length (be sure and carefully follow instructions for determining your correct length), and very well made. I love the gloved grips. My regular walks are vastly improved since getting these poles.

Great company, great poles.
This company has GREAT customer service, helpful, knowledgeable guys talking to customers. I had a problem with the straps and it was resolved to my satisfaction. As to the poles-- they are everything I expected. Lightweight, good looking and a great help in my walking stride. By all means, if you are thinking about buying a pair, do it and from this company! You will be more than satisfied.😊

LOVE MY WALKING STICKS!
I love my walking sticks. I used to cross country ski - now I'm in Florida! My new Nordic Walking Sticks help me to walk faster, with more stability. The more weight bearing exercise that I do, the more opportunity to grow bone! With osteoporosis, this is very important for me. I chose these walking sticks because they do not collapse! I feel strong and walk with confidence! All you need to do is measure your height without shoes, and then fill in the online form. The sticks are the perfect length for me. The collapsable ones cost much less, but I gladly paid more for these solid, dependable sticks. I highly recommend them.

These are the best Nordic poles I have, and I have a lot of them.
I absolutely love these poles. I broke my ankle a while ago and have a hard time walking any distance. I have been using these every day to try to get mobility back and lose weight. They seem very sturdy, and just a week use I am already walking a little better. I would recommend these to anyone trying to lose weight, therapy, or just plain fun to go out and enjoy nature. Will eventually buy pair for my husband who has ankle and knee issues, but is still very active.

The poles are lightweight and strong....
I walk 4 to 5 miles a day using the poles......I like the lightweight and firm feel of the poles....I've noticed that I get a good upper body workout using the poles plus they help me keep a upright posture while walking......

Best Gift to Myself
I've used these trekking poles for 7 months now. I was concerned about the carbide tips wearing since I trek on dirt, gravel and rocks only. My previous pole tips didn't last long but these still look new. I also had problems with previous poles slipping and like the fixed lenght much better. The hand straps took a little getting use to, especially using with winter gloves but now I love them. I don't grip the handles and my hands don't hurt (have arthritis in my hands). Also, my knees and hips no longer hurt as they did previously hiking without poles. I increase the intensity of my workout by using my arms to pull/push as I go up and down mountain trails. By trekking an hour a day on mountain trails I decreased my overall cholesterol level 60 points in 6 months. I'm steadier on my feet hiking over rocks and loose gravel, and I can look at the scenery as I go instead of looking down constantly at the trail. Can't say much about the DVD and I've never used the rubber tips, but highly recommend these poles.

Just OK.
I have nice pair of adjustable poles for trekking. These are for trail running. They are light, but the handle is too insubstantial. I would have voted for a better handle system, and the full hand straps are not as comfortable as wide ribbon straps in my opinion. The carbon pole is light but has that dull carbon vibration / oscillation that is just as annoying as the aluminum twang to me. The gain is the swing weight which is much better. I might give it a better vote but I was surprised by the advertising logo, telephone number, website information plastered on the poles. You are like a running advert. Consumers should be paid for that.
